Howdy Folks! I thought I'd tell you a little bit about myself! I'm a 47 "year young" female who finally knows what livin' is all about! I have 2 "adult" daughters, 1 estranged (strange?) son-in-law, 2 grandchildren, and 1 pretty cool son-in-law (don't tell him, tho', cuz then he won't respect me any more!) I was born in the big city of El Paso, TX -- and love those big city lights! I now live in a little burg of a town in the sticks in Arkansas. There's a big hill of beans difference between the two areas, and I ain't talkin' about geography, neither! However, there are some things that DON'T change no matter where you are --- and that is how you relate to people and to life. These quips and quotes are "one size fits all." My mama passed these family "jewels" down to me, and now, I am passing them on to you. Monetarily, they have no value -- yet, emotionally they are priceless! I do not know the authors of many of them. I can only hope that the authors won't mind if I "borrow" them for a time, to show you where they left their imprints upon my heart, therefore upon my life. All the world over, you will find friends, and then, you will find "FRIENDS". Folks are always asking what makes a friend, and how you can find a friend.
